Fred Langerak is full (tenured) professor of Product Development & Management in the School of Industrial Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology and chair of the Innovation, Technology Entrepreneurship & Marketing (ITEM) group.at SNS Asset Management, Philips Pension Fund, PGGM and the Dutch Railway Pension Fund.Currently Roelie is Chair of the Investment Leaders Group of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.She also serves as a Vice Dean of Education on the Board of SBE.She obtained her Ph D from the School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University, the Netherlands.It addresses both the strategic planning and executional part of new product development and management in both established firms and new ventures.Topics of particular interest are new products marketing, accelerated product development, management control in development projects, learning in development projects, and intuitive decision making in the fuzzy front end of innovation.For more information on Fred Langerak, please visit the TU/e website.Mirella Kleijnen is professor of Customer Experience Management at the marketing department of the School of Business and Economics.In 2005 he co-founded the Dutch chapter of the Product Development & Management Association and acted as board member until 2012.His research and educational activities focus on means for measuring and improving the process of conceiving, designing, developing and bringing new products to market, and managing the product post-launch.
